Returns:
To comply with EU regulations we must inform you that you have the right to cancel an order within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At 'Natures Food' we have absolute confidence in our products. A product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced or a full refund will be given. Should you need to return any faulty goods please contact us for a "Returns Note Number", we will gladly deal with returns quickly and efficiently. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method in their original packaging. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if not accompanied by our official "Returns Note Number".This does not effect your statutory rights.
